I found the Auction Seminar very informative due to the fact that it widens the option of buying property with the security of knowing that someone has done all the “spade” work for you. Also having an expert looking at all the aspects like: market value, rental options, area comparisons and also knowing what the bank will accept. We are currently waiting for the bank to approve an offer we put in 4 months ago which were accepted by the owner the first week. It is most frustrating as all your other plans get put on hold and that along is in my opinion a very good reason to go the “Auction way” or naturally the development way.
